A booking is confirmed when Phillips & Pullen Ascend Ltd. has agreed the session or programme details with you and the required payment arrangement is in place. Prices, session length and payment dates are stated before the booking is confirmed.

Keep your payment details and contact information accurate. A booking may be paused if an agreed payment is overdue.

Contact Phillips & Pullen Ascend Ltd. as soon as you know you cannot attend. We will explain the available rescheduling or cancellation options for your booking, including any notice requirements given with the programme.

Late cancellations or missed sessions may count as used where preparation time or a reserved coaching slot cannot reasonably be recovered. Any refund due will be assessed against the booking terms shared with you.

Bring the information needed for useful coaching, arrive ready to work, and follow reasonable instructions during analysis or practice. You remain responsible for your game account, equipment, internet connection and decisions made in play.

Harassment, abusive language, cheating, account sharing and unlawful behaviour are not accepted. Phillips & Pullen Ascend Ltd. may end a session or programme where conduct prevents safe and productive coaching.

If a player is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must make or approve the booking and provide consent where requested. The adult remains responsible for the booking information and payment arrangement.

Sessions involving younger players should take place with suitable adult awareness and access to the agreed communication channel.

Online coaching depends on a working device, stable connection, suitable game access and the platform agreed before the session. Test your setup early and tell us promptly about access problems.

Do not record, share or publish a session, chat or coaching material without permission from everyone involved.

Coaching notes, frameworks, written analysis and materials supplied by Phillips & Pullen Ascend Ltd. remain the intellectual property of their creator unless agreed otherwise in writing.

You may use them for your own development. You must not sell, reproduce, publish or share them as a coaching product without written permission.

Coaching provides guidance, review and structured practice. It cannot promise a particular rank, result, selection, income or team outcome because performance also depends on practice, health, competition and decisions outside the session.

We will give honest feedback based on the information available and help you set practical next steps.
